ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Anna, and I'm working at a game developer company as a Concept Artist/Art Director. In my free time I mostly do sketches for myself to unwind and keep my skills up to date.
My favorite themes are scenes from d&d games and book illustrations.

COMMISSION PROCESS

== Step 1== - I will ask for all and any kind of references, be it pictures, descriptions, music, whatever you feel will help me capture your idea.== Step 2== - I create a few (2-3) very rough sketches to nail down the pose/composition. Here you have the option to make slight changes or even step away from the order completely.== Step 3== - If you find any of the rough sketch variations right and decide to proceed, I will request the first half of the payment.
In case your commission consist of multiple pieces, depending on the assignment I will ask for the advance after the first two pieces' rough sketch.== Step 4== - After I receive the confirmation/notification about the payment, I start working on the rendering. In case you request it, I can provide you with a few updates.== Step 5== - When the piece is finished, the rest of the payment follows.

I'm only using this for notifications about my commission status, I do not plan on sending regular newsletters or promotional content.

TERMS

  • ** Prices **- I don't have an exact price sheet because the requests vary too much. Please contact me with your idea and I'll provide you with an estimation.

  • **Time **- Normally I do not guarantee fixed dates, if you have a deadline please let me know and we'll see if we can find a solution.

  • ** Number of variations in the rough sketching phase** - Most of the time two or three sketch variations are enough to figure out what would suit your vision best, but in rare cases where we can't find a good solution we can either drop the commission or we can keep trying different approaches for additional fees. These depend on the piece's complexity and will be presented up front.

  • I use Paypal for my commissions. My prices are in EUR.

  • I mostly do sketches, but I'm open for fully rendered pieces as well. These are taking much longer to finish, so let me know what you had in mind.

  • I'm comfortable with fantasy characters, and most likely will do portraits, character designs, scenes, couples and group pictures.

  • Subjects I'm not proficient in are sci-fi, buildings/architecture, and creature design.

  • I most probably won't do NSFW art, or heavy gore.

  • I reserve the right to turn down requests that I feel will not fit in my schedule or do not fit my style.

  • Usage and copyright - You can use the finished piece for personal uses only - you are free to post and share the art at any time as long as credit to the artist is included and no profit is being made. For commercial work please contact me in e-mail.

  • I maintain my right to publish all commissioned work on my social media. If you have time-sensitive requests (like the piece was a gift for someone), let me know and I won't post until your preferred date occurs.
